Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rick Lawler (ranked 4389 p4p, 4437 weight class) and Pinky Eye (ranked 511 p4p, 0 weight class). Lawler comes to the cage accompanied by Donna Summer - I Feel Love. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Rick Lawler!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Pinky Eye!
The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Russell Pearce and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eye fails to land the takedown.
Eye looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Eye wants to control from the top but Lawler keeps moving.
Eye drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Eye jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Eye slips nicely into half guard.
Eye passes the guard and advances to mount!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Eye working away from the top, dropping strikes.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Eye cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Eye looking for a guillotine from mount but Lawler is having none of it.
Lawler really wants to buck Eye off and get back to his feet.
Eye landing strikes from the mount.
Lawler trying desperately to get to his feet.
Eye raining down shots from the mount!
Eye is landing with some decent strikes but Lawler is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Eye takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Eye sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
Eye moves to the back.
Eye working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Lawler is doing well to defend. Eye seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Lawler is forced to tap and this one is over!
