The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
An inside leg kick from McGuire misses.
Slaissi moves into the clinch.
McGuire swings away with an uppercut that misses.
McGuire tries to work over Slaissi's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
A head punch on the inside from McGuire fails to land.
Slaissi misses with a short punch on the inside.
Slaissi goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
McGuire misses with a hook from the clinch.
McGuire has a couple of punches blocked by Slaissi.
McGuire misses with a body punch.
McGuire tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
