The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Riggs takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Riggs misses the shot to the body.
Riggs slips a straight right by Polo.
Riggs lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Polo lands with a cross.
Polo misses with a hook
and Riggs counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

A left lands for Polo.
Polo just misses with a punch to the body.
Riggs moves in looking to clinch but Polo pushes him off.

Polo swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Polo swings widly with a right hand
and Riggs counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Polo lands with a shot to the body.
Riggs misses with a left hand
and Polo counters with a right hand to the body.
Good shot there by Riggs.
Riggs misses with a hook to the body
and Polo counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Riggs has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Riggs misses with a looping right.
Polo misses with an uppercut. Riggs saw that one coming.
Riggs throws a hook to the side of Polo's head but Polo sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Good standup being displayed there by Riggs as he connects with a hook.
Polo lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Riggs falls backwards - clearly groggy! Polo dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
