PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nick Saber (ranked 2734 p4p, 3075 weight class) and James Dolite (ranked 342 p4p, 379 weight class). Saber comes to the cage accompanied by Sky Walker. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Nick Saber!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, James Dolite!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Robert Douchet and William Peck.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dolite swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Saber misses with the combination.
Dolite stuns Saber with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Saber is looking to slow Dolite down with leg kicks.
Saber plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!

It looks like James Dolite has been cut.
Saber lands with a thumping leg kick.
Saber scores with a head kick.
Saber takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Dolite avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Dolite now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Saber misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Saber has Dolite up against the cage in a clinch.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
A short right hand to the side of the head by Dolite.

Dolite breaks the clinch.
Saber throws a sloppy head kick
enabling Dolite to counter with a crisp jab.
Saber has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Dolite finds it's way round the side to connect with Saber's head.
Saber could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Dolite scores with a punch to the head.
Saber falls off balance throwing a combination
and Dolite connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Saber walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

Saber is rocked!
Dolite moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Oh Saber is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Dolite dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
A chopping leg kick lands by Dolite.
Saber get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. Saber stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the cage but Dolite runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!
