Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Alair Conealy (ranked 24921 p4p, 24799 weight class) and Dusty Rousey (ranked 637 p4p, 663 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Dusty Rousey was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Conealy misses with a lunging right hand
and Rousey counters with a three punch combo that has Conealy backing up. Conealy nods at Rousey to acknowledge the strikes.
Conealy throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Rousey shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Conealy sprawls well. Conealy wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Rousey gets slowly back to his feet.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Rousey.
Conealy throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Rousey fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
A counter left hand to the body from Conealy misses its target.
Conealy ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Rousey moves away.

Conealy fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Rousey manages to avoid it.
Conealy tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Rousey was well out of range. Poor timing from Conealy.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Rousey shoots in for a takedown but Conealy shows good takedown defense.
Conealy looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
