Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, James Glass and James Atkins.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hektor tries to clinch but Jackson is having none of it.
Hektor shoots in but Jackson avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Hektor on the wrong end of a nice jab.
No joy there for Jackson, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Hektor shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Jackson as he avoids it easily.
Jackson looks to score with a jab to the body but Hektor is just out of range.
Hektor fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Jackson must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Jackson seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Hektor has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Jackson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Oh but Hektor is tightening it up a little... Jackson has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Jackson reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Jackson taps out! nice BJJ there by Hektor!
