Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jack Dye (ranked 220 p4p, 677 weight class) and Neil Parker (ranked 33 p4p, 95 weight class). Parker comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Bring Me The Horizon - Obey kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Jack Dye has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parker misses with the combination.

Parker throws a right and a left that Dye avoids nicely.
Dye definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Dye lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Parker with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Dye to score with a decent uppercut.

Neil Parker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Parker might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Parker can do anything to dispel that myth.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Dye controlling the position well here. Parker rolled but Dye kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.
