Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tsuyoi Kakuto (ranked 2705 p4p, 24450 weight class) and Antoine Green (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kakuto comes to the cage accompanied by Gorillaz-Dirty Harry. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 16 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tsuyoi Kakuto! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Antoine Green! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Robert Douchet and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Green swinging wildly here.
Kakuto feints and as Green raises his hands in defense, Kakuto changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Kakuto stands up and waves to Green to follow him. Kakuto shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Green really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kakuto. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Kakuto stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Green to get to his feet. Kakuto shoots in and gets a takedown into Green's guard. Green wants to get back to his feet but Kakuto passes into half guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Kakuto stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. Kakuto dives in and scores a takedown into Green's guard. Green wants to get back to his feet but Kakuto passes into half guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Tsuyoi Kakuto will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Kakuto steps back and let's Green get back to his feet. Kakuto shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Green is working an open guard so Kakuto takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Tsuyoi Kakuto dominated that second round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards. Green shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Kakuto counters with a two punch combo. Kakuto shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Green tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Kakuto manages to move to mount!

Green takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kakuto stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet. Sloppy strikes from Green. Those never looked like landing. Kakuto shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Kakuto was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Green bucks up and tries to throw Kakuto off but instead Kakuto has got his back! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Kakuto is riding his opponent, not letting Green buck him off. Kakuto's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

A relieved looking Tsuyoi Kakuto thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
