Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tanaka Matsuda (ranked 956 p4p, 538 weight class) and Ben Reed (ranked 153 p4p, 81 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Matsuda might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Avenged Sevenfold - Hail to the King. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

With a record of 23 - 15 - 2, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ben Reed!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Matsuda defending well as Reed loads up on a big left hand.
Reed has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Reed is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
