Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sebastion Lynar (ranked 564 p4p, 1122 weight class) and Frank Dux (ranked 80 p4p, 157 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 14 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sebastion Lynar! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 10 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Frank Dux! The judges for this bout are William Peck, Ian Loll and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dux keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

A big right from Dux misses. An attempted straight right counter from Lynar misses the target. Dux looks to land a left hand but Lynar moved out of range nicely. Lynar throwing a counter right hand but Dux manages to avoid it. Lynar showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Dux.
Lynar throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Dux instigates a clinch. Dux is trying to stall.
Dux slowing the pace effectively. Dux tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Lynar's elbow. Our sources have told us that Lynar has been working on his knees in the buildup to the fight. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dux stalls. Lynar successfully pulls guard.
Dux drops back, looking for a kneebar! Lynar looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Lynar looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Lynar! Dux looking for a sweep but Lynar has passed into full mount! Oh no!
That's one minute gone in the round. Lynar is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Dux can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Lynar goes for an armbar but Dux turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Dux. Dux trying to control but Lynar is working from the bottom. Dux is pushing down on Lynar's leg trying to pass to half guard. Lynar is fighting to maintain full guard but Dux has managed to sneak the leg through. The fighters are battling for position here. Lynar manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lynar is looking for a triangle but Dux pushes his legs off easily.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Dux working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Lynar is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Dux trying to control but Lynar is working from the bottom. Dux stays in close to Lynar's body and controls the position. Lynar is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Dux throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Lynar works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Dux throws a big right hand that misses.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dux looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Dux trying to control but Lynar is working from the bottom. Dux might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Lynar haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Dux looking to sit in guard and control but Lynar gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Dux keeping moving, preventing Lynar from controlling successfully. Lynar got a little sloppy there for a moment and Dux has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Lynar has managed to get both his arms back between Dux's legs - danger averted.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Lynar trying to control but Dux is working from the bottom. Lynar is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Dux is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Lynar advances position into side control! Dux is trying to control Lynar's posture but Lynar avoids it. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Lynar slows the pace down. Lynar looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Sebastion Lynar will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Dux misses the shot to the body. Lynar throws a jab but it's blocked by Dux. Dux uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Lynar. Lynar takes one to the side of the head.
Dux looks to land a left hand but Lynar moved out of range nicely. Dux looks to land a right hand but Lynar moved out of range. Lynar connects with a looping right hand.
Dux swings for the body but Lynar moves out of range.
Lynar with a body punch. A glancing blow. Lynar ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Dux uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Lynar.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dux misses with a lunging right hand
and Lynar counters with a nice uppercut. Lynar is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Dux can do to turn this around? The fighters circling - Dux throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Dux throws a body punch but Lynar moves out of range. Dux dips down and scores with a jab to the body. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Dux throws an off balance right hand
and Lynar counters with a three punch combo that has Dux backing up. Dux nods at Lynar to acknowledge the strikes. Nice uppercut lands for Lynar. That snapped Dux's head back.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dux swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Lynar lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
A jab from Dux misses. Lynar tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Dux was well out of range. Poor timing from Lynar. Lynar misses with a wild body shot. Dux connects with a good right hand that stumbles Lynar. Lynar circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Lynar moves out of range as Dux strikes. Lynar looks to score with a jab to the body but Dux is just out of range. A left lands for Lynar. A looping hook to the body misses from Dux. Lynar does a little dance to reset his feet. Dux lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Dux moves out of range of the strikes. Lynar scores with a one two! Dux had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Dux is rocked! Lynar fakes the body blow, causing Dux to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Dux goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:54 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Sebastion Lynar! Sebastion Lynar was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
