Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Andrew Haw!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Lou Sabatory!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Yves DeLean and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Haw closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Sabatory quickly recovers to half guard.
Sabatory is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Sabatory looking for submissions off his back.
Haw is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Haw wants to pass to mount but Sabatory is defending the position.
Sabatory trying to hold on to Haw's head to control him but Haw postures up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Haw with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
Haw seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Sabatory does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Haw is really struggling to control Sabatory but he's trying to hold on to the position.
Sabatory has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Lionheart Muay Thai. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.
Haw seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Sabatory looking for submissions off his back.
Haw controlling the pace.
Sabatory moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Sabatory has a closed guard, preventing Haw from standing up.
Haw trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Sabatory working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Haw doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Haw manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Sabatory looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Haw missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Haw wants to stand but Sabatory has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Sabatory working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Haw doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Sabatory is tightening it up a little... Haw has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Haw reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Haw taps out! Nice BJJ there by Sabatory!
