Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tom Arnold (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Korto Grepplund (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Arnold comes to the ring accompanied by Go To Sleep (eminem). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Tiny Johnson and Wesley Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arnold throws a right and a left that both miss.
Arnold lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Grepplund circles away quickly and effectively.

Grepplund forces Arnold back against the ropes and clinches.
Arnold is trying to break the clinch but Grepplund has him pressed against the ropes.
A frustrated look appears on Arnold's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Arnold gets underhooks to prevent Grepplund's takedown attempt.

Arnold breaks from the clinch.
Grepplund tries to close the distance and clinch but Arnold swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Grepplund shoots in and bounces Arnold off the ropes to secure the takedown into guard.

Arnold is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Grepplund thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Arnold working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Grepplund doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Grepplund manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Arnold tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Grepplund has advanced to mount. Uh oh.

Grepplund can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Arnold is looking to escape.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
