The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Deane drives through with a takedown into Stawarski's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

Stawarski working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Deane doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Deane manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Deane connects with a couple of short punches.
Deane knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Stawarski on the ground.

Stawarski is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Deane defends well.
Deane lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Deane postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Deane postures up, still in guard. A huge hammer fist lands that bounces Stawarski's head off the mat! Stawarski is out! He's out! Deane jumps to his feet and celebrates with his corner!
