Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Alec Ball and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pen shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Pen scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Brix is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Pen scores with a couple of nice shots.
Brix tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Pen manages to move to mount!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
You get the feeling that Brix really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Pen tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Pen has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Brix's face.
