Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zac Zane (ranked 2701 p4p, 2099 weight class) and Heke Jogert (ranked 314 p4p, 254 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Zac Zane!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Heke Jogert!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, William Gold and Chris Edwards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jogert misses with a lunging right hand

It looks like Heke Jogert has been cut.

Zane seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

Jogert feints and then cracks Zane's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Zane down.

and Zane counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Zane was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.

Jogert fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Zane looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Jogert connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Jogert pulls out of a head kick attempt.

That has opened up Heke Jogert's cut even more.
Jogert walks into a left hand.
Jogert ducks under a wild hook from Zane.
Jogert pivots, looking for a leg kick but Zane is out of range and Jogert settles back down.
Jogert tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Zane was well out of range. Poor timing from Jogert.
Zane was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Jogert misses with a straight left.

The cut above Heke Jogert's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

and Jogert counters with a crisp one two that drops Zane! Jogert thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Zane to his feet! Zane is in big trouble!

Zane is rocked!

Jogert has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Zane finds it's way round the side to connect with Jogert's head.
Oh Zane is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Zane seems to have got his legs back now.

Heke Jogert seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Heke Jogert's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Zane throws a combination that misses
and Jogert counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Jogert cracks Zane with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Jogert has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Zane to stand back up!

Zane lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Heke Jogert will probably get the nod.

Jogert glances at the clock... BAM! Zane nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Jogert crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Jogert is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!
