Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kou Ueda (ranked 3829 p4p, 4400 weight class) and Marcel Tower (ranked 408 p4p, 442 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Kou Ueda!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Marcel Tower!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Donald Grub and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ueda fails with an attempt to clinch.
Tower appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
Ueda is looking to clinch.
A nice side step and Tower releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Ueda crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Tower - the referee stops the clock and Ueda gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Tower. Ueda manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Tower lets loose with a powerful body kick. Ueda will feel that in the morning.
Ueda is breathing heavily.
Ueda clinches up against the cage.
Tower breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Tower dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Tower circles away from the clinch attempt.
Tower is trying to counter with his kicks.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tower lands a jab to the nose.
Ueda throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Tower counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Ueda pushes Tower up against the cage in a clinch.
Tower lands a body punch in the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Tower blocks a body shot from Ueda.
Ueda misses with a punch to the body.
Ueda throws a punch but it's blocked by Tower.
Tower lands a body shot.
Tower escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Ueda takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Tower moves into range and connects with a jab.
Ueda tries to clinch but Tower moves away
and Tower counters with an inside leg kick.
Tower feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Ueda sprawling to the canvas! Ueda rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Tower finish him?!
It looks like Kou Ueda has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Ueda misses with a kick to the body
and Tower counters with a powerful cross that connects right on the chin and the lights go out! A massive one punch knock out!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Marcel Tower!
