PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between White Goodman (ranked 1146 p4p, 2254 weight class) and Archie Oliveira (ranked 155 p4p, 265 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Goodman rushes Oliveira and presses him up against the cage.

Oliveira jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Goodman walks away with a smile on his face. Oliveira gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Goodman is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Oliveira has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Goodman is looking to defend but Oliveira has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Goodman! Oliveira pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Goodman taps out and this one is all over!
