Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Arcot Ramathorn!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Gee Gutsu!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Chris Edwards and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gutsu tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Ramathorn swivels and escapes.
Ramathorn swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Ramathorn scores with the left hand. Gutsu knows he should have avoided that one.
Ramathorn throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Gutsu.
Gutsu fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Ramathorn sprawls well initially but Gutsu persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Gutsu looking for a submission but Ramathorn manages to get full guard, putting an end to that submission attempt.
Ramathorn keeping moving, preventing Gutsu from controlling successfully.

Ramathorn on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Ramathorn tries to get out of the position.
Gutsu tries to free his leg and advance position but Ramathorn is retaining full guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters, thinking about a standup.
Gutsu slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Gutsu wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Ramathorn, who protects the arm well.
Gutsu is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Ramathorn is trying to escape and Gutsu transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Ramathorn is forced to tap! Nice work there by Gutsu! Very nice indeed!
