Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jason Johnson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Sam Walker!
The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Jorge Garcia and Alyssa Summers.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Walker throws a big shot that misses.
Johnson chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Walker cracks Johnson with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Walker throws a right hand that Johnson ducks under and follows up with a left that Johnson also avoids with ease.
Johnson lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Johnson scores with a three punch combo!
Walker throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Walker works Johnson's body with a nice hook.
Walker connects with a right hand. Johnson shakes it off.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Walker lands a nice shot that snaps Johnson's head back.
Walker is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Johnson moves into range and connects with a jab.
Sam Walker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Johnson misses with a head kick.
Walker swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Johnson tries to bum rush Walker with a series of wild strikes but Walker uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Walker tries to move into range but Johnson moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Johnson ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Johnson drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Johnson defending well as Walker loads up on a big left hand.
Johnson slips a jab and a cross from Walker.
Walker lands with a hook. Johnson tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Walker throws a lazy right hand but Johnson sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Johnson lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
The fighters circling - Walker throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
A slow jab from Walker misses its intended target.
Walker looks to land a right hand but Johnson moved out of range.

Johnson drops Walker with a beautiful combination! Walker stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Johnson is looking for the KO!

Walker is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Johnson weaves into range and cracks Walker right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Walker goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Johnson is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Jason Johnson!
In his post fight interview, Jason Johnson started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
