Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Rob MciCulloguh!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Luis Rose!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Wagner Zegers and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
MciCulloguh throws a head kick but Rose moves out of range.
Rose lands with a nice combination. MciCulloguh backs away looking to recover.
It looks like Rob MciCulloguh has been cut.
Rose tries to score with a low kick but MciCulloguh moves his leg out of the way.
MciCulloguh shoots in and bounces Rose off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as MciCulloguh accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Rose throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

MciCulloguh is fighting off a takedown attempt but Rose is just too persistent for him and manages to trip MciCulloguh to the mat. MciCulloguh regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Rose throws a right hand that MciCulloguh ducks under and follows up with a left that MciCulloguh also avoids with ease.

MciCulloguh has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
MciCulloguh wants to stand but Rose is controlling his arm.
Rose is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, MciCulloguh asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Rose has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but MciCulloguh is on him like a limpet, forcing Rose back against the cage.
Rose tries to work over MciCulloguh's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Rose tries to bum rush MciCulloguh with a series of wild strikes but MciCulloguh uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Rose lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. MciCulloguh is looking to close the distance but Rose sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! MciCulloguh crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope MciCulloguh is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
