Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Barkeep Quark (ranked 760 p4p, 1795 weight class) and Adam Alkoun (ranked 98 p4p, 232 weight class). Quark comes to the cage accompanied by Megadeth - Train of Consequences. Adam Alkoun is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Barkeep Quark!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Adam Alkoun!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Stewart Dunkirk and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alkoun gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Alkoun swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Quark blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Quark misses with a punch to the body.
Alkoun works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Quark tries to work over Alkoun's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Quark gets control of Alkoun's arms and successfully pulls guard. Quark will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Alkoun avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Alkoun trying to control but Quark is working from the bottom.
Alkoun is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
Alkoun is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Quark has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Alkoun is looking to defend but Quark has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Alkoun! Quark pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Alkoun taps out and this one is all over!
