Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Vinny Corcoran!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Percy O'Donnell and Frank Antenori.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Deigos lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Corcoran circles away quickly and effectively.
Deigos scores with a hook to the body. Corcoran takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Deigos getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Corcoran throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Corcoran connects with a high kick.

It looks like Alex Deigos has been cut.
The fighters circling - Deigos throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
A little jabbing left from Corcoran on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Corcoran lands an overhand right.
Deigos chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Corcoran lands with a nice body kick.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Deigos swings widly with a right hand
and Deigos takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Corcoran throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Deigos is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the cage! Wow!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Vinny Corcoran!
After the fight, Vinny Corcoran was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
