Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Lester Green (ranked 1712 p4p, 1172 weight class) and Zombie Lee (ranked 92 p4p, 58 weight class). Green comes to the cage accompanied by This Is Beetle. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Lester Green! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Zombie Lee! The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Steven Brown and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Green looks to throw the jab but Lee is out of range. A cross from Green lands. Lee throws out a loose jab but Green uses good head movement to avoid it. Zombie Lee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A jab from Lee misses. Lee throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Green steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Lee. Green went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected. Lee throws a left and a right that both miss
and Green counters with a right hand to the body. A swing and a miss from Lee. It looked like Green wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Lee swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Lee throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Green counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Green with a jab. Green lands a nice shot to the body.
Lee throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Green sees it coming and avoids it easily. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Lee throws a lazy right hand but Green sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

and Green cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Lee takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Lee throws a jab when Green was well out of range. Lee misses with an uppercut. Green scores with a body shot.
Lee connects with the punch. Lee throws a poor cross that misses
and Green counters with a stiff right hand. Green is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. Green walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Lee misses with an uppercut. Green avoids the body shot from Lee.
Green moves out of range as Lee strikes. Green steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Lee. It looked like Green wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Lee looks to land a right hand but Green moved out of range. We've been told by Green's head coaches at The Nonce Hunters that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jab, jab by Lee - just one landing. Lee might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Green ducks under a wild hook from Lee. Lee throws an off balance right hand

Lee missing with a left hand there. Green was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Green appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body. Green connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Lester Green will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Lee punishes Green's body with a nice straight punch. Green moves away from the strike by Lee. Green uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Lee. Lee throws a looping overhand right but Green ducks down to avoid it. Green moves away from the strike by Lee. Green appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body. Green throws a right hand that Lee ducks under and follows up with a left that Lee also avoids with ease. It seemed like Lee was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Lee bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Green's head. A slow jab from Lee misses its intended target. Green moves out of range as Lee strikes. Lee misses with a few strikes there.
Green lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Green uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Lee. Lee rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Green counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Lee thinking. Green is looking to clinch. Green cracks Lee with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Lee missing with a left hand there. Green was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Lee lands a nice hook to Green's body. Green takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Green lands a jab. Green sends Lee crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Green is motioning to the referee to let Lee up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Lee is rocked!
It looks like Zombie Lee has been cut. Green circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Lee tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Green wins by KO!
