Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, David Cummings!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Kob Khun Hongtong!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Steven Brown and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hongtong throws a jab but it's blocked by Cummings.
Cummings closes the distance looking to clinch
and Hongtong counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Cummings thinking.
Hongtong has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Cummings fails with the takedown
and Hongtong counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Cummings is rocked!
It looks like David Cummings has been cut.
Cummings steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Hongtong.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hongtong scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Oh Cummings is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Hongtong loads up on a big right hand but Cummings slips the punch.
Cummings seems to have got his legs back now.
Cummings takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Hongtong scores with a jab. Cummings acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Hongtong fires a straight punch through the middle that cracks Cummings square on the jaw! Damn, Cummings is out cold on his feet and topples face first to the canvas! Wow, I haven't seen a knockout that brutal in a long time!
