Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Kovalevsky Petrov!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Paul Tew and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Petrov scores with a punch to the head.
Petrov looks to land a combination. Garotinho sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Petrov lands a really nice looking cross but Garotinho seems unphased.
Garotinho shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Petrov's guard.
Petrov had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Garotinho defends it easily.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Garotinho's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Garotinho cracks Petrov with a solid left hand.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Petrov looking for a guillotine here but Garotinho defends easily.
Petrov has his foot on Garotinho's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Garotinho works his way back into a safe position though.
Garotinho postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Garotinho connects with a couple of short punches.

Petrov looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

Petrov is rocked!
Petrov escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Garotinho gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Garotinho thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Garotinho drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Petrov manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Garotinho has Petrov in his guard.
Petrov is sitting in close to Garotinho's body. Garotinho has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Petrov is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Petrov is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Garotinho.
