Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sandra Kluba!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 22 - 14 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Peter Petrov!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Chris Downing and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Petrov swinging wildly here.
Petrov just misses with a punch to the body.
Peter Petrov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kluba lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Petrov circles away quickly and effectively.
Petrov slips a jab from Kluba.
Petrov closes this distance looking for a takedown but Kluba circles away.
Petrov dodges the punch combination from Kluba.
Petrov misses with a takedown attempt
and Kluba counters with a straight right hand.
Petrov tries to score a power double leg takedown but Kluba sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Petrov somewhat.
Kluba was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Sandra Kluba has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Peter Petrov.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Petrov shoots in for a double leg but Kluba sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Petrov goes for a double leg but Kluba avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Kluba continues to drive forward.
Kluba gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Kluba avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground!

Kluba utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Kluba has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
Kluba is looking to stand up but Petrov isn't so interested in that idea.
Kluba is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Kluba controlling the pace.
Petrov looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Petrov is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Petrov is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Kluba pulls his head out easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Kluba content to control rather than advance.
Kluba stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Petrov to get to his feet.
Kluba connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Petrov's hands.
It looks like Peter Petrov has been cut.
Petrov blocks a jab.
Kluba throws a right hand that Petrov ducks under and follows up with a left that Petrov also avoids with ease.
Kluba smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Petrov is defended easily by Kluba.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Petrov misses with a takedown attempt
and Kluba connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Petrov shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Petrov was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Kluba bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet!
Kluba throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Petrov.
Kluba drops Petrov with a beautiful combination! Petrov stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Kluba is looking for the KO!
Petrov is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Kluba is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Petrov flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Petrov is out cold! Kluba holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Sandra Kluba!
