Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Boko Haram (ranked 3929 p4p, 5965 weight class) and LaTravius Brown (ranked 217 p4p, 260 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, LaTravius Brown!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Elvis Blanc and Ian Loll.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown misses with an uppercut. Haram saw that one coming.
An attempted straight right counter from Haram misses the target.
Haram misses with a series of wild punches.
Brown unleashes a big counter combination but Haram bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Brown falls off balance throwing a combination
and Haram counters with a lovely shot to the body.

It looks like LaTravius Brown has been cut.

Haram seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Brown throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Brown lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Haram circles away quickly and effectively.
Brown swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Brown will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Haram was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Haram, as that shot connected.

and Haram makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Brown looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Brown throws a right and a left that both miss.
Brown fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
It looked like Haram was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Brown.
Brown swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Haram throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Brown stumbling backwards into the cage! Brown bounces back off the cage towards Haram, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Haram lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Haram celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Boko Haram!
