The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Hunt.
Hyper avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Hyper is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Hunt.
Hyper wants to clinch up but Hunt keeps it at a distance.
Hunt throws a leg kick but Hyper checks it.

Hunt decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hunt has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Hunt avoids the attempt from Hyper to control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
