Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Renon Pereira!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Alec Ball and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Peeples wants to clinch.
Peeples wants to clinch up but Pereira keeps it at a distance.
Peeples forces Pereira back against the cage and clinches.
Peeples throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Pereiras head.
Pereira tries for a takedown. No joy.
Pereira fails to pull guard.
Pereira tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Peeples smiles and moves away.
Kawonn Peeples has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Renon Pereira.
Peeples has managed to clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A nice left hand lands by Peeples.
It looks like Renon Pereira has been cut.
Peeples tries to work over Pereira's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Pereira's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Peeples works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Pereira tries to pull guard but Peeples forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Pereira jumps guard but Peeples stands there with Pereira around his waist. Pereira gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Pereira prevents a body shot from Peeples.
Peeples makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Peeples lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Pereira backwards.
Pereira is looking to break free of the clinch but Peeples has double underhooks.
Peeples lands with a right to the head.
Nice body punch from Peeples.
A nice left hand lands by Peeples.
Pereira is rocked!
Peeples stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Pereira is still on wobbly legs! Can Peeples finish him?
Peeples dips a shoulder and cracks Pereira with a mighty uppercut! Pereira falls back against the cage and Peeples unloads with a barrage of strikes! Pereira is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Peeples screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kawonn Peeples!
