Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Rocky Hampton (ranked 23441 p4p, 4558 weight class) and Janos Robsteck (ranked 504 p4p, 445 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Rocky Hampton!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Janos Robsteck!
The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Fedor Mirinova and Sergei Dronov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Robsteck fails to land with a series of punches.
Robsteck should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Robsteck stuffs the takedown.
No luck for Robsteck with that takedown attempt.
Hampton throws a big counter combination but Robsteck scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.

Robsteck tries to close the distance and clinch up but Hampton swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Hampton shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

Hampton looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Hampton tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Robsteck defends well and Hampton ends up having to push Robsteck into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

That was a close round but I would say that Rocky Hampton will probably get the nod.

Horrible takedown attempt by Hampton or perhaps it was just good defense by Robsteck, which made it look bad.

Hampton slaps away a takedown attempt from Robsteck, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Hampton closes the distance and clinches up with Robsteck, looking for a takedown. Hampton pushes Robsteck against the cage but Robsteck circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Hampton accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Hampton seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Robsteck for as long as he can get away with.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Hampton changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Robsteck tries to avoid it but Hampton manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Robsteck to the ground. Robsteck escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Hampton is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Robsteck defends it well.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Robsteck tries to kick Hampton off but Hampton keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

Well Hampton has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
