Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Beta PF (ranked 22102 p4p, 22225 weight class) and Carlotos Spiteri (ranked 593 p4p, 595 weight class). Spiteri has chosen Day to day basis as his entrance music. Beta PF has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Beta PF!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 32 - 19 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Carlotos Spiteri!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Hirohito Nitta and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
PF throws an overhand right that lands on Spiteri's shoulder, as Spiteri tries to avoid the shot.
Spiteri digs a good hook to PF's body.
Spiteri takes a swing at PF's ribcage but misses.
PF misses with a low kick.

Spiteri is looking to score with low kicks.

Carlotos Spiteri seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

PF does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
PF throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
PF has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Mary Gracies Jiu Jitsu in the buildup to the fight.
PF avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
PF digs a good body shot into Spiteri's ribs.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Spiteri throws a body punch but PF moves out of range.
PF throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.

Spiteri has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

PF is pinned up against the ropes taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

PF looks to land a combination but Spiteri avoids it well.
Spiteri unleashes a big counter combination but PF bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.

PF walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Spiteri checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

and PF counters with a left and a right that stings Spiteri.
PF fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Spiteri manages to avoid it.
Spiteri jabs PF to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Spiteri misses the shot to the body.
Spiteri finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Spiteri throws a solid leg kick but PF takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Spiteri.
A slapping leg kick lands for PF.
PF misses with a looping right.

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Spiteri avoids a punch combination nicely.
PF is looking to wear down Spiteri with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

As Spiteri looks to move away, PF throws a big counter combo but Spiteri just gets out of the way.
Spiteri has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from PF.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Spiteri leaves his chin hanging out and PF seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Spiteri crumbles to the floor in a heap! The referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
