The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Petrovs misses with a left hand
and St. Georges counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Petrovs swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and St. Georges counters with a perfectly timed counter left hook that drops Petrovs to the mat, face first! St. Georges goes to the neutral corner and waits for the referee to start the count. Petrovs is back to hise feet already though and looking to continue the bout! Exciting stuff!

It looks like Kaspars Petrovs has been cut.
Both fighters step back and shake their arms out. St. Georges engages and cracks Petrovs with a massive lead left hook - Petrovs tumbles to the floor, out cold! What a shot! St. Georges is delighted - all that hard work in training paid off!
