Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Steve Jones!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Steven Brown and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones gets off balance looking for a body kick
and Budha counters by clinching up.
Budha has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Jones uses from the top position.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Jones wants to pass the guard but Budha is keeping the position.
Jones looking to sit in guard and control but Budha gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Budha stays in close to Jones's body and controls the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Budha works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Jones wants to get back to his feet.

Budha is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Jones is forced to tap! Great finish!
