Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Sss Sss (ranked 6078 p4p, 23839 weight class) and Sss Sss (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Sss Sss was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 33 - 16 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sss Sss! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 8 - 40 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sss Sss! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Chris Downing and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Fighter A closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Fighter B's guard. Fighter B looking for a sweep. Not yet Fighter B, not yet. Fighter B being controlled here, momentarily. Fighter A content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fighter A is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fighter A slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Fighter B shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Fighter A defends it nicely.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Fighter A shoots in but Fighter B avoids the takedown attempt easily. Fighter B replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Fighter A blocks it well. Fighter A looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Fighter B can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Fighter A controls the pace. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fighter A throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Fighter B being controlled here, momentarily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Fighter B controls Fighter A momentarily but Fighter A frees himself. Fighter A content to stall in guard here.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Fighter B slaps away a takedown attempt from Fighter A, before circling back to the center of the mat. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Sss Sss dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Fighter B closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Fighter A did well to prevent Fighter B getting side control. Fighter A holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now. Fighter A has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Fighter A wants to get back to full guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fighter B is trying to control the action in half guard but Fighter A is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Well, if Fighter B is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Fighter A is concentrating on defense, preventing Fighter B from advancing position.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Fighter A shoots in for a takedown but Fighter B shows good takedown defense. Fighter A leaves Fighter B with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Fighter A will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Fighter B thinks about the counter body kick. Fighter B looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Fighter A is fending him off so far but Fighter B persists. Nope, Fighter A circles away and we're back to standing. Fighter A quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect. Fighter A shoots in looking for a takedown. Fighter B tries to sprawl out of it but Fighter A keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Fighter B manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Fighter B feints a counter leg kick. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sss Sss. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nice sprawl there from Fighter A as Fighter B shoots in. Fighter A throws a quick counter kick to the body but Fighter B avoids it. Fighter A shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Fighter B but Fighter B pushes him off and we're back to square one. Fighter B tries a quick counter leg kick but Fighter A is wise to it. Fighter A darts in looking for a takedown but Fighter B gets double underhooks and turns Fighter A into the cage. Fighter B is trying to counter with his kicks. Fighter A changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Fighter B fights it off and pushes away nicely.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Fighter B shoots in and bounces Fighter A off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Fighter A is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Fighter B is controlling him. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Sss Sss showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!
Fighter A drives through with a takedown into guard. Fighter A is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fighter A's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fighter A seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Fighter B for as long as he can get away with. Further stalling from Fighter A. The referee is pacing around the two fighters, thinking about a standup. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Fighter A makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Fighter B being controlled here, momentarily.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Fighter A shoots in but no luck this time. Fighter B counters with a body kick. Fighter B misses with a takedown and Fighter A counters with a nice kick to the body.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fighter B fails with a takedown attempt. Fighter A jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit. Fighter A is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Fighter B can do to turn this around? Fighter A bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. You can see the frustration on Fighter B's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Fighter B tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Fighter A wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Fighter A in side control, just content to control the action for now.
And that's the end of the fight! Sss Sss showed his dominance in that final round. I think Fighter A has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
