River is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Metallica: Enter Sandman. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 10 - 1, fighting out of New York, Bernhard River!
The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
River misses with a looping left.
River misses with an uppercut.
River moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
River throws a looping overhand right but McKraken ducks down to avoid it.
River works the jab nicely.
River waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract McKraken.
McKraken half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
River looks to land a right hand but McKraken moved out of range.
McKraken feinted with a counter takedown.
River stuffs the takedown attempt from McKraken. McKraken gets slowly back to his feet.
River scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
River on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
McKraken ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from McKraken is defended easily by River.
River throws out a counter right but McKraken avoids it with no problem.

River misses with a body shot.
River scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
River uses good head movement to avoid the hook from McKraken.
River throws a low kick but McKraken avoids it.
McKraken swings and misses with a hook to the body.
River throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

McKraken drives through with a takedown into River's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

McKraken avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
River keeping moving, preventing McKraken from controlling successfully.
River tries to land a sweep but no joy.

River had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. McKraken defends it easily.
River controls McKraken momentarily but McKraken frees himself.
McKraken passes River's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
River is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
River taking some punishment here, with McKraken in his half guard.

McKraken seems to be working for a kimura but River defends the submission attempt.

McKraken seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. River is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
