The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Rogers finds it's way through Jones's defenses.
Jones takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Jones fails with an attempt to clinch.
Rogers works over Jones's head and body with a nice combination.
Jones pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Pookie Rogers seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jones changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Rogers tries to avoid it but Jones manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Rogers to the ground. Rogers escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Nice takedown defense from Rogers. No joy for Jones on that attempt.
Rogers connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Jones momentarily.
Rogers changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Rogers's jab looks to have found its range, popping Jones under the eye.

Jones looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Rogers drops Jones with a huge uppercut! Jones drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Rogers is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
