Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Bob Killer (ranked 23815 p4p, 3078 weight class) and Zan Gadeno (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zan Gadeno will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Bob Killer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Zan Gadeno!
The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Colin Fray and Roger Salmon.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Gadeno looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Killer seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.

Gadeno gets caught flat footed, as Killer shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Killer engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Gadeno is trying to keep Killer in close.
Gadeno wants to sweep here but Killer controlling him for the moment.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Killer scoring with punches to the head and body.
Killer is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gadeno keeping full guard, as Killer tries to pass.

Killer sitting in guard here, content to control.
Gadeno is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Killer controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Killer pushing down on Gadeno's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.

Gadeno tries to get to full guard but Killer has control of the leg.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Gadeno wants to stand but Killer is controlling the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Killer landing with the ground and pound.
Killer distracts Gadeno with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Killer cracks Gadeno with a solid left hand.

Gadeno is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Killer is aware though and is defending well.
Gadeno looks winded!
Killer is working Gadeno over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Killer stays in close to Gadeno's body and controls the position.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Killer working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Gadeno's head.
Killer stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Gadeno swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Killer content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Killer is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Killer lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.

Killer forces his way into half guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Well, if Killer is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Killer is thwarting Gadeno's attempts to control the position.
Killer lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Killer trying to control the pace.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Bob Killer dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Gadeno throws a combination that misses

and Killer counters by clinching up.

Killer breaks the clinch.

Killer shoots in and gets a takedown into Gadeno's guard.
Killer keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Gadeno's head.
Gadeno has momentary wrist control but Killer slips an elbow through the middle.
Killer postures up and lands a big shot to Gadeno's brow.
Killer content to stall in guard here.

Killer drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Gadeno dives on top into guard.

Gadeno trying to control but Killer is working from the bottom.
Gadeno is breathing heavily.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Killer pushes a forearm under Gadeno's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Gadeno is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:21 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Bob Killer!
