Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lucius Aurelius (ranked 3478 p4p, 4255 weight class) and Luke Bowy (ranked 390 p4p, 436 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lucius Aurelius!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Luke Bowy!
The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aurelius misses with a low kick.
Bowy avoids the head kick by Aurelius.
Aurelius has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Bowy bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Aurelius's head backwards.
Aurelius takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Bowy lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Bowy throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Bowy with the inside leg kick.
Bowy tries to bum rush Aurelius with a series of wild strikes but Aurelius uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Bowy throws a head kick that misses.
Bowy keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Bowy connects with a solid leg kick.
Bowy with the inside leg kick.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Bowy lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Bowy gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Aurelius.
It looks like Luke Bowy has been cut.
Aurelius throws out a loose jab but Bowy uses good head movement to avoid it.
Bowy thuds his right hand into Aurelius's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Aurelius throws a lazy right hand but Bowy sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Aurelius misses with a low kick.
Bowy tests Aurelius's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Aurelius has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Aurelius there as he acknowledges the shot.
Aurelius bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Bowy's head backwards.
Aurelius misses with a lunging right hand
and Bowy counters with a leg kick.
Aurelius doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Bowy lands with a hook. Aurelius tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Bowy drops Aurelius with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Aurelius looks back up at him and smiles so Bowy waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Aurelius is rocked!
Luke Bowy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Aurelius tries to close the distance and clinch but Bowy swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Bowy throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Aurelius stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Bowy listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Bowy checks the leg kick.
Bowy drops Aurelius with a huge uppercut! Aurelius drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Bowy is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Luke Bowy!
A relieved looking Luke Bowy thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
