The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hayden throws a leg kick but Anderson checks it.
Hayden connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Anderson momentarily.
Hayden chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Hayden has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Hayden lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
A nice leg kick lands there from Hayden.
Anderson tries to clinch
and Hayden counters with a nice uppercut.

Hayden throws a head kick that misses.
Anderson is looking to counter the offense by Hayden and move into the clinch.

Hayden lands a nice hook to Anderson's body. Anderson takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Hayden bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Anderson's head backwards.
Anderson takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Hayden lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Anderson circles away quickly and effectively.

Hayden has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
