Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Rojesterman Austin (ranked 25021 p4p, 23866 weight class) and Yusef Kahn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Yusef Kahn enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Rojesterman Austin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Yusef Kahn! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Shigeki Fujiwara and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kahn shoots in and drives through. Austin sprawls well. Kahn tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Kahn dives in for a single leg takedown but Austin sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Kahn fails with the takedown. Austin seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance. Rojesterman Austin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Yusef Kahn. Austin misses with the combination.
Kahn gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Kahn striking off his back but it's not causing Austin any problems. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kahn working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Austin. Kahn throwing strikes off his back to little effect.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Kahn shoots in but no luck this time. Kahn shoots in but Austin avoids the takedown attempt easily. A little feinted left hand from Austin on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Kahn avoids a punch combination nicely.
Austin gets in close and instigates a clinch. Austin breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Kahn misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Austin keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Austin pushes Kahn up against the cage in a clinch. Austin has Kahn pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Austin pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Kahn tumbling to the mat - Austin dives into Kahn's guard. Kahn manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage. Austin is breathing heavily. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Kahn pulls guard effortlessly. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kahn thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. Kahn keeping moving, preventing Austin from controlling successfully. Austin looking to control the position here, rather than advance.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Kahn throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Austin's waist but Austin gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Kahn off to one side. Kahn goes for a double leg but Austin avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Austin continues to drive forward. Kahn fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Austin avoids it really well and circles away. Austin throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Kahn's head. Austin closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Kahn did well to prevent Austin getting side control. Kahn pushes Austin off and gets back to his feet. Kahn throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Kahn shoots in for a takedown but Austin shows good takedown defense. Austin feints and as Kahn raises his hands in defense, Austin changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Kahn pushes Austin off and scrambles back to his feet.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Rojesterman Austin dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Austin looking to sit in guard and control but Kahn gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Austin wants to sweep here but Kahn controlling him for the moment. Kahn throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Austin works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Austin looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Kahn puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Kahn scoring with strikes to the body and head. Austin wants to improve his position but Kahn is controlling well.
Austin kicks Kahn off and gets back to his feet. Austin misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Kahn.
Kahn tries for a takedown but Austin sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Austin tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. A momentary lapse in concentration from Austin enables Kahn to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Austin manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Kahn working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kahn sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Austin's guard. Kahn looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Austin is looking to get back to full guard here but Kahn has managed to pass to side control instead. Austin dodges the ground and pound from Kahn. Kahn looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Kahn landing a few strikes.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Austin throws Kahn to one side and escapes! Austin looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Kahn! Kahn throws Austin to one side and escapes! Yusef Kahn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kahn changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Austin tries to avoid it but Kahn manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Austin to the ground. Austin escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Kahn closes this distance looking for a takedown but Austin circles away. It looked like Austin was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Rojesterman Austin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Yusef Kahn. Austin bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Kahn sneaks out the side door and pushes Austin away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape. Austin keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Austin drops down looking for a counter takedown but Kahn sprawls and moves away. Austin closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Austin lands in his opponent's guard. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Yusef Kahn showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Kahn, into his guard. Austin trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Kahn trying to strike off his back.
Austin wants to get up but he can't break Kahn's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Austin decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Kahn, up you get! Austin shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Kahn has one foot on Austin's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kahn shoots in for a takedown but Austin shows good takedown defense. Rojesterman Austin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Yusef Kahn. Kahn has managed to clinch.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Kahn jumps guard but Austin stands there with Kahn around his waist. Kahn gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Kahn drops his hands momentarily and Austin takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Austin throws a series of punches but Kahn avoids them all with ease. Kahn wants to counter the offense by Austin and move into the clinch position. Kahn fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Austin avoids it really well and circles away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Austin stuffs the takedown. Austin moves into the clinch successfully.

Kahn stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Austin. Austin decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Kahn is looking to improve his position.
Austin decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet. Austin closes the distance and pushes Kahn back into the cage. Kahn working hard to break the clinch. Kahn jumps guard and drags Austin to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Kahn manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Austin has Kahn pushed against the cage. Kahn tries to pull guard but Austin forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Austin lands a good knee to the midsection. Kahn won't want to take too many of those. Kahn pulls guard successfully.
Kahn bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Austin's guard. Austin controls Kahn momentarily but Kahn frees himself. Kahn passes into half guard under a barage of strikes. Kahn prevents Austin from improving his position.
And that's the end of the fight! Rojesterman Austin showed his dominance in that final round. I think Austin has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
