And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Vladimir Plusnin!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, James Glass and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Montgomery throws a looping overhand right but Plusnin ducks down to avoid it.
Plusnin changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
A cross from Montgomery lands.
Oooooh!!! Montgomery has knocked Plusnin down with a huge combo! Montgomery steps away and waves a wobbly Plusnin back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Plusnin is rocked!
It looks like Vladimir Plusnin has been cut.
Plusnin walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Plusnin limp body while Montgomery jumps on to the cage and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!
