Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dan Miles (ranked 2104 p4p, 3228 weight class) and Tony Tight (ranked 261 p4p, 368 weight class). Miles comes to the cage accompanied by MGK-Till I Die. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Tony Tight!
The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Vladimir Khabensky and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slow jab from Tight misses its intended target.
Tight has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Miles misses with an uppercut
and Tight counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

It looks like Dan Miles has been cut.
Tight scores with a hook to the body. Miles takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Tight is trying to work for a sweep but Miles has mounted him!
Miles scoring with strikes but Tight is staying in there.
Tight tries to lock up and control but Miles gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Miles with shots to the head and body - Tight looks very uncomfortable down there.
Miles controlling the pace for now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Tight is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.

Miles prevents Tight from getting the reversal.
Miles takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Miles tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

No joy there for Miles, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Tight darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

It looked like Miles wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Tony Tight seems to be getting the better of the standup.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tight swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

and Tight cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Tight lands a jab to the head.

Miles forces Tight back against the cage and clinches.
Tight has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Miles misses with a body punch.
Miles tries to score a body lock takedown but Tight shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Tight has a couple of punches blocked by Miles.

Tight is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Tight wants to break free but Miles has control.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Miles tries to land knees in the clinch but Tight avoids the damage to the body.
Miles doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Tight wants to get back to striking at distance but Miles won't allow it.
Miles tries for a takedown but Tight manages to get underhooks.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dan Miles. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Tight is trying to push Miles away but Miles has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Tight breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Miles throws a right hand that misses
and Tight connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Tight throws a shot from downtown. Miles moves away and avoids it.
Miles swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Miles misses with a lunging right hand
and Tight counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Tight throws a lazy right hand but Miles sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Tight ducks under a wild hook from Miles.

Tight scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Tight lands a nice looking body shot.
Sloppy strikes from Tight. Those never looked like landing.
Tight misses with a jab, cross combination.
Tight with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Tight lands with an uppercut that bounces Miles off the cage and back into range.
Tight lands a jab to the nose.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Miles takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Miles is sent reeling backwards by a solid uppercut. He barely regains his balance and Tight moves in for the kill throwing a continuous barrage of punches that force the ref to step in.
