The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jab by Little.

Mullen looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Little!

Mullen is trying to get an arm triangle but Little is defending well.
Mullen throws a strike aimed at the side of Little's head but Little avoids it well.
Mullen controls the position.
Mullen landing with strikes to the head and body from side control.
Little is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Mullen staying calm.
Mullen works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Little knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Mullen on the ground.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Mullen can do anything to dispel that myth.

Little is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Mullen has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Little is looking to defend but Mullen has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Little! Mullen pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Little taps out and this one is all over!
