Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Dechlan Tomsett (ranked 24503 p4p, 2788 weight class) and Hasbulla Magomedov (ranked 264 p4p, 154 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Left hook, right uppercut from Tomsett.
Tomsett throws a solid leg kick but Magomedov takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Tomsett.
Tomsett tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Tomsett throws a right hand that Magomedov ducks under and follows up with a left that Magomedov also avoids with ease.
Tomsett misses with a hook. Magomedov ducked under it nicely.
Dechlan Tomsett seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Magomedov walks forward, straight into a front kick from Tomsett.
Magomedov takes one on the button.
Tomsett wants to clinch.
Magomedov wants to counter with a clinch but Tomsett pushes him away.
Tomsett tries to clinch but Magomedov moves out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Magomedov escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Tomsett gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Tomsett accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
We've been hearing good reports from Tomsett's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
Magomedov wants to sweep here but Tomsett controlling him for the moment.

Tomsett reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Tomsett taps out! Nice BJJ there by Magomedov!
