And in the blue corner, fighting out of Las Vegas, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 4 losses; Joe Dirt!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Yves DeLean and William Peck.
The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Boganda tries to keep at a distance but Dirt has taken the fight into the clinch.

We've been hearing good reports from Boganda's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
Boganda will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Dirt is fighting to break Boganda's control of his arms but Boganda is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Boganda has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Dirt can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Dirt tries to free his leg and advance position but Boganda is retaining full guard.

Dirt is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Boganda looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Boganda has his foot on Dirt's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Dirt works his way back into a safe position though.
Dirt stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Boganda swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Dirt trying to control but Boganda is working from the bottom.
Boganda is looking to cinch up a triangle. Dirt throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Boganda's body to avoid the submission. Boganda has instead reached around Dirt's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Boganda arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
