And in the blue corner, fighting out of Las Vegas, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 1 losses; Miles Knox! The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Felipe Paraventi and Edson Gomes.
The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way. Hlervu changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Knox looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Score +4 for clean takedown past guard: Hlervu (4) vs (0) Knox Hlervu is trying to get an arm triangle but Knox is defending well. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hlervu seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Knox for as long as he can get away with.

Knox is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard. Knox slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Let's hope that Knox has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Hlervu is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Knox trying to control but Hlervu is working from the bottom. Knox pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Hlervu is keeping the position for now.

Knox is desperately trying to improve his position but Hlervu has a good base and remains in mount. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
And that's the end of the fight! Hlervu takes the fight on points by 13 to 2. A relieved looking Tendren Hlervu thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing.
