Tail pushes down on Mokaev's leg and manages to get into half guard.

Tail is trying to get an arm triangle but Mokaev is defending well.
Tail has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at The Italian Job. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.

Mokaev stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Tail swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Mokaev has his foot on Tail's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Tail works his way back into a safe position though.

Tail seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Mokaev does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Tail is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.

Tail has hold of Mokaev's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Mokaev tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Tail cranks the arm and Mokaev screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Mokaev, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
