This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the super heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of New York, with a TWGC record of 2 wins and 2 losses; Kaoru Nagashima! And in the blue corner, fighting out of London, with a TWGC record of 3 wins and 5 losses; Jari Laitila!
The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Seu Braga and Matheus Silva.
The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way.
Nagashima fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Laitila avoids it really well and circles away.
Laitila tries to counter by closing the distance.
Nagashima dives in and grabs Laitila's left leg, looking for a takedown. Laitila pushes down on Nagashima's head and hops out.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Nagashima fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Laitila stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Nagashima swivels though and keeps the full guard.
