Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Elidio Fana!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Saul Tacarante!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Daniel Blasius and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fana is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Tacarante throws a hook to the side of Fana's head but Fana sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Tacarante lands a jab.
Tacarante swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Fana.
Fana lands with a right hand.
Fana lands the left hand.
Fana rushes Tacarante and presses him up against the cage.
Tacarante can't get the takedown.
Fana's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

enabling Tacarante to counter with a crisp jab.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tacarante is trying to pull guard but Fana turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Tacarante jumps guard and drags Fana to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Tacarante is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Fana is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Tacarante has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Fana is looking to defend but Tacarante has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Fana! Tacarante pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Fana taps out and this one is all over!
