Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Beibitzhan Dastanov (ranked 5658 p4p, 4218 weight class) and Bob Sapp (ranked 0 p4p, 430 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Beibitzhan Dastanov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Bob Sapp! The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Thiago Cunha and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dastanov throws a series of punches but Sapp avoids them all with ease. Dastanov tries to sprawl but Sapp drives through with a takedown into half guard. Dastanov is trying to stand.
Sapp scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Sapp drops an elbow to the side of Dastanov's head. Sapp is figuring out what he wants to do next. Sapp slips a nice elbow through Dastanov's hands, connecting with Dastanov's forehead. Sapp looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Sapp decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet. Sapp displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Dastanov throws out the jab. Sapp manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Dastanov on his heels. He'll look to pass Dastanov's guard now, I'm sure. Dastanov wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Sapp manages to pass to side control. Dastanov is breathing heavily. This has been an exciting period of action!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Sapp drops an elbow to the side of Dastanov's head.
Dastanov is rocked! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sapp creates some space for himself and unloads with a monster right hand! That one landed with a sickening thud - Dastanov is out cold and this one is all over! Sapp climbs onto the cage to celebrate with his corner!! He's shouting something into the camera but he's still got his mouthpiece in so God knows what he's actually saying.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Bob Sapp!
